Magazine Sales Restrictions
We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding magazine sales. We do not ship restricted-capacity magazines to states, cities, or jurisdictions where prohibited by law. Orders containing restricted items may be canceled and refunded if shipment is not legally permitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products ordered are legal to own and possess in their location.
Returns & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please email clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to [your email address]. Claims submitted without photos may be denied. Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.
Custom Engraved Products
All custom engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, spelling, dates, and custom information before production begins. We are not responsible for customer-approved errors.
Shipping Policy
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
